Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Out of respect for both our clients and stylists, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 20% of the scheduled service total. Missed appointments (no-shows) will result in a 100% cancellation fee. These fees must be paid before booking any future appointments. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will always do our best to accommodate when possible.
